If for any reason you have changed your mind regarding your purchase and would like a refund or exchange then you must inform us of your decision by telephone or by email within 14 days of delivery of the product to you or to someone on your behalf. You then have a further 14 days to return the product to us.
Products returned to us must be in a saleable condition. Products should be unused, in their original packaging with all labels attached.
Please include the Returns Slip with the goods and quote your order number.
With the exception of faulty goods Tabitha Living are not responsible for the cost of returning products to us. We always advise that you obtain a certificate of postage.
Please note we only take responsibility for the item once we have received it back.
