A contemporary, chunky, bead necklace. Handmade from recycled silk-cotton fabric covered wooden beads. A unique and limited edition piece of statement jewellery.
This design is called ‘Peony’ and is inspired by big blousy peony flowers.
The necklace comes in a black, luxury presentation box, making it a perfect gift.
Each necklace is made from recycled swatches of silk-cotton fabric and is 100% handmade by me, the designer. Each piece takes around an hour and a half to create, from cutting the fabric, stitching it to contain the beads, and individually hand sewing each bead in with cotton embroidery thread.
When each fabric swatch is recycled it makes only two necklaces. There are variations between the two depending on how the fabric has been cut, so your necklace may not exactly match the photos; however it will be very similar.
Made from: Made in Britain with silk-cotton blend, digitally printed fabric, hand stitched around wooden beads. The ties can be ironed with a medium iron.
