Hand decorated bone china tableware and home accessories, designed in the UK.

I graduated from Central Saint Martins in 2005 with a degree in Ceramic Design. The practical nature of the course opened my eyes to the world of manufacturing and craftsmanship. To hone my skills as a designer, I interned within design and manufacturing teams, including Asprey, Timorous Beasties and Woolworths. I spent 6 years working at Asprey with the Silver and Home department designing luxury products and bespoke projects in china, crystal, silver and leather goods.

As much as I love designing, I really started to miss being hands on and making, so I bought myself a kiln and started decorating small batches of designs with the help of specialist printers in Stoke-on-Trent. I now work with my lovely bone china supplier to create small runs of some of my designs and I have a studio in Trowbridge Gardens in Hackney Wick. Despite not being on an industrial scale, I really enjoy the decorating process and creating things for the home for people to use and love.

Over the years my small business has become my main focus but I do still freelance. If you would like to discuss a design project please get in touch.
