Since I was child I have always loved being outdoors and watching nature. I was fortunate to grow up in the rolling hills of Dorset with the Jurassic coast on my doorstep.

As a dyslexic I struggled with the majority of school but found myself running to my woodworking classes. I quickly found out how rewarding working with a natural material is. I am a visual learner and always have to remind myself this, understand the method to then practice. It was inevitable I was going to become a maker!
