Care: where possible please avoid contact with water. While concrete is a resistant material, on a small scale it is not unbreakable. Please take care not to drop or knock your jewellery as the concrete can chip and mark.
Please note: Each item is handmade therefore it may differ slightly from the image shown. The utmost care goes into the design and casting of each piece, but please be aware that that small imperfections associated with concrete handcrafting are sometimes inevitable. We however believe that these imperfections further add character and singularity to each design

k:ss creations was set up in 2018 by Sam Scarpa out of a desire to literally make something for a living. This creative journey started in her East London studio and has so far taken her from making bespoke furniture to designing minimalist and industrial inspired jewellery. Sam now explores the role makers and creators can play in raising awareness through their choice of raw materials and their ability to shed light on environmental and social issues.

Shipping Policy

Each product page indicates a dispatch time (usually 1-3 days), however we endeavour to get your products shipped as soon as possible. Once your product is ready, an email will be sent to notify you of its dispatch.

Return Policy

Returns within 14 days of delivery are eligible for a full refund.
Returns after 14 days and up to 30 days from delivery can get a 100% store credit.
If 30 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on bespoke orders.
Sale items are eligible for the same refunds as full priced items.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
