The trees are grown in Wales within forty miles of the workshop where they’re made, so their footprint is as small as possible.

All tree decorations are shipped out in a protective recycled cardboard envelope along with a free flat-packed gift box so they are ready to give.

Playful and bright, these typographic hanging decorations are great for adding an unusual pop of colour to a tree and kids love to hang their initials up or spell out their full name and they are great fun for secret santa – no swears now!

The letters are printed and laser cut from FSC-certified 6mm thick plywood, which comes from forests that are being conserved for future generations. The trees are grown in Wales within forty miles of the workshop where they’re made, so their footprint is as small as possible. Please be aware that due to the nature of plywood there may be variations in grain and a slight charred effect around the edges which is normal when laser cutting natural materials – the heat from the laser singes the wood and gives it a nice dark colour and slightly smoky smell. Each ampersand Christmas tree decoration is shipped out in a protective recycled cardboard envelope along with a free flat-packed gift box so they are ready to give. 3 or less will arrive with a pillow pouch, four or more come with a slightly larger box. All of the packaging is made from 100% recycled card and produced within the UK.

Perfect stocking fillers for the grandkids so they can hang their initials on the tree, or to welcome a new baby or family member to the clan. Spell out your beau’s pet name or your favourite insult for Uncle Pete. The hanging decorations add some much needed fresh thinking to the traditional tree, and if you’re feeling flush you could buy the full alphabet and play scrabble with them on Christmas day.

Alphablots are playful designs for kids and colour-loving grown ups, created by designer and illustrator Sarah Lewis. Sarah’s work combines a love of letterforms with a commitment to bringing colour and fun to the formal constraints of typography. She developed the style whilst screen-printing; working with overprints, intersecting shapes and 3 trusty pots of ink – cyan, magenta and yellow. She lives and works in East London.

Shipping Policy

UK parcels are sent first class using Royal Mail, please allows 3-5 working days for dispatch and delivery. If it has been over 5 days get in touch and we’ll get to the bottom of where your parcel is pronto.

For international deliveries (outside of the UK) we use the Royal Mail Tracked & Signed service where available, and Royal Mail Signed in countries where tracking is not offered. They aim to deliver to Europe within 3-5 working days, and worldwide within 5-7 working days. Where a tracking number is provided this will be send to you vie email.

Return Policy

We do our best to make sure your package gets to you in perfect condition, but sometimes accidents happen in transit. If you are unhappy with the condition of your products in any way or there is a mistake with your order please email us within 7 days and we’ll be happy to help.

If you no longer want your products please get in touch via email to discuss a refund or exchange. Returns need to be made within 7 days of delivery and the items should be unused and in the original packaging. Unfortunately we can’t refund postage costs on returned items.
