Aprille McShane is the artist of Scarlett and Valentine illustrations inspired by her love of nature and colour. She works from her home in Sheffield which she shares with her husband, two children and Minnie their much loved dog. Scarlett and Valentine are her children’s middle names making her family inspired brand a personal creative journey.

Shipping Policy

All products are shipped via Royal Mail second class or international standard.
Please note that all International customers are responsible for all fees imposed, including import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the buyer’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country.

Return Policy

if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the item in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund excluding the original delivery charge.
The cost of returning the item is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
I will happily refund an item if it is faulty. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
