We are a bristol-based company all of our products are handmade manufactured & crafted within the UK.

What is the shelf life of my product?

Each product varies in shelf life due to the different ingredients you can find the shelf life of your product on the back of the label on the bottom right-hand side.

What can I do if my products changed colour?

The product formulas will not change unless specified, the use of natural ingredients can vary slightly in colour, texture, & fragrance from batch to batch. this is simply an effect of using natural ingredients.

Can I get an allergic reaction to products?

It is possible to be allergic to essential oils & other natural ingredients all of our product ingredients are listed within the product description. if you have a known allergy, intolerance, or sensitivity please see the product ingredients listing before purchase.

How can i sign up to recycle my products?

We currently only offer our recycling service within the bristol area you can sign up for this in your checkout basket once your products have been selected.

Keep an eye out on our social media pages for updates on when our recycling scheme will be available in other UK locations.

We use royal mail for all of our shipping purposes

All tracking information should be sent to you via email directly from royal mail after dispatch

What happens if I'm not in when my order arrives?

Royal Mail will leave a card at your door & you will be able to contact them to rearrange delivery or pick up your parcel from your local depot.

My order is damaged?

We’re so sorry to hear this if you have received a product damaged please contact us immediately at [email protected] we will happily replace any damaged item reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Do you offer returns?

We offer replacement items or products of the same monetary value for most circumstances within 14 days of purchase. please email our customer service team at [email protected] with relevant information.

Please note that we are not responsible for any additional shipping costs for items or products sent back to kitchen cosmetics for an exchange.
