UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Signed For First class .
It normally takes 2- 4 days depend on the area.

International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.
* Western Europe within three working days
* Eastern Europe within five working days
* The rest of the world in five to seven working days.
Orders usually arrive within 1- 3 weeks, although it is sometimes faster or slower depending on your country and we cannot guarantee delivery times.

Return Policy

We hope you will be very happy with your purchase from MYSTIC FORMS, however, if for any reason you are not entirely happy please inform us, in writing via Etsy mail, within 14 days of receipt of your order.
If you wish to return an item it will need to be retuned, unworn, in the original packaging. The cost of return postage is at your, (the consumer), own expense and it is recommend returns are sent via recorded delivery as items lost in the post cannot be refunded.
If an item is returned the cost of the item will be refunded.
If an item is returned for an exchange the difference in price will either be charged in addition or refunded, however, the shipping cost to send the new item will be payable by you.
In the event that an item is faulty the full amount of the cost of the item and the original shipping cost to send the item to you will be refunded to you.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the return.
If an order is returned due to incorrect shipping address details no refund will be given for shipping costs.
