Returns and Exchanges

How do I return any unwanted or unsuitable items?

We are sorry if you are not happy with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you have 28 days from the date you receive your order to return it to the designer. Items returned must be unworn and in a resalable condition.

All returns must be made to the seller based in the United Kingdom.

To request a refund or exchange please email the seller directly. Contact details can be found on their profile page.

Once the designer has received your email, they will contact you with further instructions – including the return address.

All items returned must be unused (this includes being washed or worn) and have all the original packaging and labels attached.  Any items that fail to meet this criteria will not be accepted.

In the interests of hygiene all food items, cosmetics, toiletries, pierced earrings, underwear and eyelashes cannot be returned.

Any bespoke or personalised items cannot be returned unless they have a fault.

The cost of returning the item is your responsibility. To ensure that it arrives safely we recommend that you send it with a Signed For delivery method and retain proof of postage.  We will only be able to refund lost parcels with this form of postage.

If the item has a fault: for UK and EU customers the original postage value will be refunded, for all other locations the original postage will not be refunded.

Refunds will be transferred into your original paying account within 14 days of your items being received by the seller.

Faulty items
Please carefully check your items once they have arrived. Should you receive a faulty/damaged item please email the seller stating your Order Number and the nature of the fault, including a photo if possible.

Postage for the return of faulty items will be provided once the items has been received and the fault is confirmed. The designer will confirm with you the value of postage to be provided based on your location and the item being returned.

You have 14 days to return the item after you have notified the designer of the fault.

DELIVERY
Each product you order is sent to you directly from that seller. Delivery times can vary, so it is best that you check each sellers page .
Unless you’re having a product specially made, delivery is normally within five working days, and often much sooner. Please be aware that personalised, custom or bespoke orders can take up to 30 days.

The seller will include details of delivery times on the relevant product page and will let you know when they aim to dispatch your products once the order has been received.
Please note, if you order several products from different designers, each item will be dispatched separately, meaning that you may receive several packages on different days.
In the event of a postal strike or a disruption to the postal service, your order may be delayed. If this happens the seller will contact you and, where possible and appropriate, will agree a revised delivery date with you. Once your order has been dispatched, the seller will be in touch again to let you know when to expect delivery. During busy periods such as Christmas, delays can happen so it is best that you allow plenty of time for your order to be ready.

UK MAINLAND DELIVERY
Some standard orders to mainland UK are delivered free of charge. Some sellers will offer or require signed for delivery services and will be charged according to the product’s size and weight. If a product is delivered free of charge this is clearly displayed on the seller product page and it will include details of the service that will be used to deliver it (1st Class, 2nd class or Signed For).

UK DELIVERY ZONES
Any postage for orders for Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles or Channel islands are charged by each individual seller.

UK DELIVERY OF NON-STANDARD PRODUCTS
A non-standard product is something that’s considered to be fragile, perishable, high value, large, heavy, or something that has exceptional delivery requirements. For these products, you’ll find the delivery cost on the product page.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
International delivery is available on many products, and is displayed on the product page. The cost for delivery is calculated based on the destination, size and the weight of the product. It is the responsibility of the customer to check with their countries customs legislation as some delays can occur. Any products ordered for outside the EU may be subject to import charges.

Western Europe
Ireland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, France, Germany, Monaco, Greece, Portugal, Italy and Spain.

Rest of Europe
Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cape Verde, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, Georgia, Gibraltar, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Macedonia (Republic of), Malta, Moldova (Republic of), Montenegro, Norway, Poland, Romania, Russian Federation, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and Ukraine.

USA and Canada
Please allow 5-15 working days from dispatch.

Asia and Australasia
Australia, Brunei Darussalam, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Korea (Republic of), Lao People’s Democratic Republic, Macao, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.

Rest of the world
Please allow 2-5 working days from dispatch.

Delivery Times
Many items are made to order so dispatch times can vary per product but all are outlined on the product page of each seller – please note dispatch times are stated as business days. As a result, to get an accurate delivery time please add the dispatch and shipping times together.

All items are dispatched from the United Kingdom and delivery will be made using either Royal Mail first or second class or via a courier. International orders are shipped via Royal Mail Airmail and you may have the option to select tracked shipping for these orders.
