I use Royal Mail 1st Class Post for UK orders with one day delivery aim , and Royal Mail International Standard for orders to EU with up to 5 days delivery aim.

You can return goods you have ordered from my boutique for any reason at any time within 15 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
Upon receipt of the goods and following a full inspection by myself where items are received in the original condition I will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required. Refunds will be made onto the same card as used for the original purchase.
The rights to return the goods to me as referred to above will not apply in the following circumstances:
If any products have been made or customised specifically for you
if following my inspection there is deemed to be any damage or wear to the items.
If items are returned outside the agreed 15 day period
If there are any faults on the goods on delivery and I have not been notified within 7 days of arrival.
