Sweet Rain and Fresh Sheets- Soy Wax Candle

A handmade candle with eco-friendly soy wax. Each one of our candles is infused with healing oils.

Our candles focus on mindfulness and can be used during yoga, meditation, before bed or simply to infuse your home with our alluring scents. Our products are made by hand in small batches, in our kitchen. Each candle is individually poured, using quality fragrance and essential oils.

On each candle is a quote reminding you of the benefits of the essential and fragrance oils in our candles. Each quote guides you to these benefits. Our candles are beautifully packaged in a gift box presented with recycled tissue paper, therefore perfect to give as a gift or to treat yourself!

Notes:

The maximum burn time for our 20cl jars is 30 to 35 hours, 55cl – 60-75hrs, 9cl 20-25hrs

Our glass containers are reusable All products are naturally vegan friendly and not tested on animals.

No dyes have been used on this product.

We use eco-friendly soy wax!

NOTE: Please always keep the candle in sight and extinguish candles when leaving a room or before going to bed
Product appearance: Our candles are individually hand-poured, meaning each product is unique and will differ slightly in appearance.

Candle Care: When not in use, please store candles in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Our natural wax is sensitive (that’s how you know it’s natural!) therefore, if kept in sunlight may discolour and impact the scent throw.

Hello, beautiful soul.

I’m Noku, the heart behind Seka Candles.

Like many of us, my path hasn’t been straightforward. My childhood, teenage years, and early 20s were marked by struggles I didn’t fully understand until I hit my lowest. Being diagnosed with anxiety, depression, and PTSD, it was both a revelation and a turning point and Im still on my healing journey.

Learning how to navigate my mental health day by day. Candle making has been one of the pillars that’s kept me grounded, a gentle practice that reminds me to pause, breathe, and reconnect with myself when the world feels heavy. Out of this practice and my deep respect for the environment , Seka Candles was born

But this brand is about more than just creating beautiful, sustainable candles. It’s about something bigger a movement of self-love, healing, and mindfulness.

It’s a space for evolving self-connection, a reminder that self-care isn’t a luxury, it’s a necessity. Each candle is created to hold space for softness, stillness, and peace, for those moments when you need to return to yourself.They are for the women who are ready to embark on a journey of radical self-love.

Refunds and Returns Policy
Damages/Issues: Inspect your order upon receipt and contact info@sekacandles.com immediately if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including personalized/custom products, personal care goods, sale items, and gift cards.
EU 14-Day Guarantee: Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return orders within 14 days, without justification.
Refund Process: Upon approval of a return, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Shipping Information
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders after 2 PM Friday are processed Monday.

Costs/Time: Standard UK shipping is £2.50 (3-5 business days). International shipping is calculated at checkout (7-14 business days).

Candle Care and Safety Guidelines
Burn Times: Maximum burn times are 30-35 hours for 20cl jars, and 40-45 hours for 30cl jars. Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
Usage: Keep candles in sight and extinguish when leaving a room or going to bed.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight to prevent discoloration and fragrance degradation.
Appearance: Because they are hand-poured, products may differ slightly in appearance.
Ingredients: Products are vegan-friendly, use no dyes, and utilize soy wax.
Product Disclaimer
Body Candles: These are primarily for decoration. If burned, place on a flat, heat-proof surface.
Frosting: Natural soy wax may acquire "frosting." This can be gently buffed away and is a sign of a natural product.

International Shipping

Available to: USA, Canada, Belgium, France, Germany, and Netherlands

Royal Mail International: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight
Delivery Time: 7-14 business days (may vary by destination)
Tracking: Full tracking provided for all international orders
Processing Time

Our candles are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Each candle is individually wrapped and secured with protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, whether shipping domestically or internationally.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including postal codes and any required regional information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes may be possible if the order hasn't been dispatched yet.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to shipping regulations, we currently cannot ship candles to certain countries. If your country is not listed in our shipping zones, please contact us to discuss alternative arrangements.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
