TERMS and CONDITIONS
1. Introduction
By placing an order of our product on this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing. These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. Product Information & Safety
Handmade Nature: Our candles are hand-poured. Minor variations in colour, scent, or finish are normal and not considered defects.

Safety Warning: All candles come with safety labelling (CLP). You must follow the safety instructions provided (e.g., trimming wicks to 5mm and never leaving a lit candle unattended). We cannot be held liable for damage or injury caused by improper use.

3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£).

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via our secure checkout.

We reserve the right to adjust prices or cancel orders in the event of a manifest pricing error.

4. Delivery and Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days.

Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the goods are delivered to your specified address.

5. Returns and Cancellations
Right to Cancel: Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt.

Conditions: Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition. You are responsible for return postage costs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oli & Home shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

Shipping Policy

All UK orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days after your order is placed.
Free Standard UK shipping is available on all orders over £15.

Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
