I’m Sharon Turner, an artist with a deep connection to British wildlife and a passion for sustainable creativity. My journey led me to found Smooth Scribe in 2022, where I combine my love for hand-drawn illustration with my commitment to environmental consciousness.

Each day in my studio, I bring British wildlife to life through delicate illustrations, capturing the charm of creatures from hedgehogs to blackbirds, robins to blue tits. Working with water-based inks and sustainable materials, I ensure every illustration reflects both artistic integrity and environmental responsibility.

When I’m not at my drawing desk, you might find me exploring nature for inspiration, developing my love of Lino printing, or dreaming up new eco-friendly creations like my upcoming shuffle books.
