Shipping Policy

During busy seasonal periods (e.g. Christmas, Mother’s Day), processing times may extend slightly. If this happens, you will be informed. 3. Delivery Time Estimates (UK) • Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. 5. Lost or Delayed Parcels Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the postal service. If your parcel is delayed: • Please allow 10 working days (UK) before reporting as lost • I will assist in contacting Royal Mail where necessary I am not responsible for postal delays outside of my control, but I will always do my best to help resolve any issues. 6.
