Colourful 4th birthday card for kids

This Colourful 4th birthday card comes with a choice of background colours – yellow or blue.

This card and envelope are produced in the UK from 100% recycled paper. The plastic wrapping is made from corn/potato starch and is fully biodegradable & compostable and the card has not been laminated so it can be recycled too.

The A6 card is supplied with a brown craft envelope and is blank inside, because maybe you’ve been practising your bubble writing and you want a clean run to show off your skills.

Alphablots are playful designs for kids and colour-loving grown ups, created by designer and illustrator Sarah Lewis. Sarah’s work combines a love of letterforms with a commitment to bringing colour and fun to the formal constraints of typography. She developed the style whilst screen-printing; working with overprints, intersecting shapes and 3 trusty pots of ink – cyan, magenta and yellow. She lives and works in East London.

Alphablots is a one size fits all kind of place so I don’t have separate ranges for boys and girls. From the outset I’ve tried to ensure all the prints feel as open and inclusive as possible. If you like it, it’s for you! As a predominantly paper-based company I am aware that there are very real environmental implications to the business. I print using vegetable-based inks which are fully biodegradable and I use FSC-certified stocks, produced from well-managed forests which are being conserved for future generations. I hate unnecessary packaging and do my best to keep mine to a minimum whilst making sure your products get to you in perfect condition. My postage tubes do not use plastic lids and so are 100% recyclable and you’ll never find a polystyrene peanut in an Alphablots box. The plastic wraps on the cards are made from corn/potato starch so are fully biodegradable.

Shipping Policy

UK parcels are sent first class using Royal Mail, please allows 3-5 working days for dispatch and delivery. If it has been over 5 days get in touch and we’ll get to the bottom of where your parcel is pronto.

For international deliveries (outside of the UK) we use the Royal Mail Tracked & Signed service where available, and Royal Mail Signed in countries where tracking is not offered. They aim to deliver to Europe within 3-5 working days, and worldwide within 5-7 working days. Where a tracking number is provided this will be send to you vie email.

Return Policy

We do our best to make sure your package gets to you in perfect condition, but sometimes accidents happen in transit. If you are unhappy with the condition of your products in any way or there is a mistake with your order please email us within 7 days and we’ll be happy to help.

If you no longer want your products please get in touch via email to discuss a refund or exchange. Returns need to be made within 7 days of delivery and the items should be unused and in the original packaging. Unfortunately we can’t refund postage costs on returned items.
