Paradise A5 Dot Grid Notebook
A notebook can’t take you paradise, but it can bring the vibrant colours and energy to you and your notes.
This Paradise pattern is inspired by all the colours, and flamboyance, that birds, and birds of paradise, can come in. These hand-drawn line motifs have been backed by statement blocks of colour with swirling leaves in the background to give a sense of movement too. And whilst I can’t guarantee what’s in the notebook will necessarily be fun, hopefully this can be a stylish piece of statement stationery for its owner, perfect for notetaking, doodling or journaling.
The cover is a sturdy but not heavy 300gsm, with a lilac on the inside. There are then 200 pages inside, all a lovely smooth 100gsm (so it’ll hold up well to inky pens and highlighters) made from FSC certified paper. All the pages, except the first have a faint grey 0.5cm dot grid against the white, whilst the front page has a monochrome version of the cover and a space for key information. So no first-page fear with these notebooks! The binding is a ‘perfect’ binding, which means it’s glued all along the spine. It does, however, allow for a bit of flex and with a crease down the covers you can still open them wide and get the most out of each page.
These notebooks are printed in the UK by a business that specialises in short-run book printing, which I’ve worked with on a number of products, and which allows me to keep print-runs small ensuring waste is minimised.
If the pattern has caught your eye, but you’re not sure about the number of pages, there is also a weekly planner, daily planner and a double-sided bookmark available in this print.
