Sea Foam Blue Scallop

Molly started making little monsters out of clay in the pandemic.
It began with air dry clay and making little pots with noses for her brothers. After a series of courses at Cernamic in North London, Molly experimented with throwing on the wheel and slip casting but found herself enjoying hand-building most of all. While trying out different shapes and textures, Molly found monsters multiplying around her and thought she might be onto something.

I’m a ceramics enthusiast drawing inspiration from our beautiful natural world. I love being by the sea, so you’ll find a lot of my work draws from the shapes, textures and materials I find there.
