Baldy and The Fidget is an independent East London studio run by husband and wife Heidi and Angus. Heidi is a Central St Martins graduate who ran her own fashion business, and Angus headed a repro house in South Africa. Between them they bring a sharp creative eye and a solid production background to everything they make. Their work is bold, quirky and mostly cat inspired, with other animals making regular appearances too. Wall art prints and greetings cards, all designed and produced by them from start to finish.

Shipping Policy

Dispatch Times
• Greeting cards and stickers: dispatched within 1 to 2 working days
• Art prints: dispatched within 1 to 10 working days
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Options
UK Shipping
• Standard 2nd Class (Royal Mail): FREE. Estimated delivery 3 to 4 working days after dispatch.

Carrier
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances outside our control.

International Shipping
Depending on your country, shipping for cards is £3.70 Royal Mail Second Class,, shipping for prints is £10 - £15 sent via Royal Mail International Tracked

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe please get in touch and we will do our best to help. Royal Mail considers a parcel lost after 10 working days for UK deliveries.

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please read the following.

Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us at hello@baldyandthefidget.com with your order details.

Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are returned in an unsatisfactory condition.

Return Postage
Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent, the cost of return postage is your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
We will refund the cost of the goods and standard delivery. We are not required to refund any upgraded shipping costs.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item please contact us within 30 days of receipt at hello@baldyandthefidget.com and we will arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage costs.

Exceptions
Please note that personalised or custom made items cannot be returned unless faulty. Digital downloads are also non-refundable once accessed.
