Studiored49 is a small brand, based in south east London.
I make jewellery using sterling silver, recycled of course, with semi precious stones for colour. I often use a surface texture to add interest to a piece. This means that a piece will be individual as the process of making is unpredictable. Things may be similar but exactly the same.
Most of my pieces are one-offs, as the stones that I use are usually the only one made to its specific specifications.
All my pieces are in stock so can be shipped within 2 days (excluding weekends).

I will ship within 1-2 days, as soon as I am told that your payment is confirmed.
I use Royal Mail 1st class

Return Policy

I will accept goods returned providing that they are undamaged, that I am informed of the return within 20 days of despatch, and I have been informed that they are to be returned within 7 days of despatch (excluding weekends).

I will inspect the goods and providing they are undamaged, and will refund the cost of the goods or hold the funds against a later purchase.

Refunds will be made to the same card as used for the original purchase.

The rights to return the goods to me as referred to above will not apply in the following circumstances:
If any products have been made or customised specifically for you
If following, my inspection, there is deemed to be any damage or wear to the items.
If items are returned outside the agreed 15 day period
If there are any faults on the goods on delivery and I have not been notified within 7 days of arrival.
