I’m Sharon Turner, an artist with a deep connection to British wildlife and a passion for sustainable creativity. My journey led me to found Smooth Scribe in 2022, where I combine my love for hand-drawn illustration with my commitment to environmental consciousness.

Each day in my studio, I bring British wildlife to life through delicate illustrations, capturing the charm of creatures from hedgehogs to blackbirds, robins to blue tits. My artistic process involves careful attention to detail, creating pieces that are nature-accurate yet carry a touch of whimsy. Working with water-based inks and sustainable materials, I ensure every illustration reflects both artistic integrity and environmental responsibility.

As a family-run business, Smooth Scribe is more than just a stationery brand – it’s a reflection of my personal values and creative vision. When I’m not at my drawing desk, you might find me exploring nature for inspiration, developing my love of Lino printing, or dreaming up new eco-friendly creations like my upcoming shuffle books.
