If you're not happy with your purchase, please get in touch at the earliest opportunity and quote your order number. Items must be returned in a sellable condition (unless faulty) and within 14 days after the date you receive your goodies. Any item not in its original condition or damaged is not eligible for a return.

Please note that return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect/faulty.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Depending on your bank and your payment method, refunds can take 3-7 working days to appear in your account.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Sale items - Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
