LSW Mind Cards Founder and Creative Director, Lili Sinclair-Williams left her successful career in film and TV to train as a Cognitive Hypnotherapist in 2017. Becoming aware of the profound effect changing small daily habits made on her clients, the idea of LSW Mind Cards was born.
