Part of a series of prints representing Penguins of the world. This is a 3 colour screen print of a Chinstrap Penguin in grey, black, and pink/beige. Each print is designed from an illustration in Indian ink on acetate before being exposed to a silk screen and hand pulled at Sheffield print club.
Heavily inspired by the antics of the Chinstrap Penguins on the remote island in the Antarctic and my love of domestic and foreign wildlife.
We print each of our prints with care and attention to detail onto 220gsm seabright paper with Dahler Rowney acrylic inks for a truly special end result.
This print is A4 in size and is mounted in a 14″ x 11″ mount. Perfect for framing.
Each print is titled and signed.

Benjamin is a product based printmaker and artist who works with Lino and Screen Print media under the trade name ‘The Owlery’.

He creates textiles, ceramics, and paper products and prints using motifs and surface designs with just a touch of whimsy and believes whole heartedly in creati ng colourful home wares which inspire.

Benjamin focuses on creating interesting surface pattern design based primarily around the using of animal motifs of British Woodland and Coastal animals. His main passion is developing textile surface pattern designs or single animal motifs to turn into textile surface pattern designs. These pattern designs are then often applied across a number of different products and materials to create whole ranges.
